Meditation Practices

Guided meditation practice in Meditation & Mindfulness, and Chakra Meditation 
Participants may wish to attend a single session or attend regularly to develop and become confident in utilising different approaches for managing stress, health and well-being. These meditation practice sessions are suitable for people with any level of experience.
Participants are asked to bring along pen, paper or a journal to record their practice experience.

Reiki Practice

Reiki practice is available to students who have completed training in the Usui System of Reiki, Shoden level one course with Reiki Master Teacher Christine.

Short Courses

Short courses in Meditation and Mindfulness, Usui System of Reiki, and the Chakra system
These courses are designed for those who are ready to engage more deeply with their holistic healing journey.

Reiki Practice

Monthly Reiki practice for students who are interested in developing their Reiki knowledge and skill. 
Prerequisite: Completion of the Usui System of Reiki - Shoden level one course with Reiki Master Teacher Christine.

Reiki - The Usui System

The Usui System of Reiki is a complimentary therapy.  Reiki’s soothing gentle energy is non-invasive, aligns the inner self, enhances the body's natural healing process and empowers wholeness and harmony within ourselves.

Shoden Level One Course

A ten hour Shoden (beginners) course for attunement into the Usui System of Reiki.   
Learn how Reiki works, understand and practice how to facilitate Reiki treatments on yourself and your loved ones, discover the Chakra system, and experience Reiki meditation practice.  

Meditation & Mindfulness Practice

A guided Meditation and Mindfulness practice to help participants be in the moment and explore their experiences in relaxing the body and calming the mind.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Practical meditation and mindfulness techniques to relax the body and calm the mind whilst the individual has conscious control of their relaxation process.  Using self-compassion and allowing thoughts and feelings to surface and be observed these meditation and mindfulness techniques lead to an enquiry with mindful awareness.

Meditation & Mindfulness Course

A nine hour course of enquiry and exploration into meditation and mindfulness techniques that relax the body and calm the mind. Learn different approaches to find a sense of peace, manage stress, health and well-being.

Chakra Meditation Practice

A guided Chakra meditation practice to help participants develop and reflect on body, mind and spirit connections.

The Chakra System

The Chakra system forms a network of energy centres that serve as a gateway for the flow of energy within the body. This system interacts and influences the human body, is a useful tool to explore self-awareness and align harmony for spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health of the body.

The Chakra System Course

A three hour workshop to learn about the Chakra system and how to integrate these with meditation techniques to align, create and maintain mind, body and spirit balance.
